Our Commercial Property Team have a wealth of experience of acting for both Landlord or Tenant in respect the grant of new leases and all estate management instructions.
Together with advising on Residential Property we also advise on a wide range of Commercial Property matters including sale and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, option agreement, development acquisitions and a wide range of conditional contracts.
We aim to provide a personal and professional service at reasonable and competitive costs. In most transactions, our Commercial Property Team will aim to provide a fixed fee for dealing with all matters. Where this is not possible, work will be undertaken, and charged on an hourly basis with an estimate of costs provided.
