Making a Will
Your wishes and concerns are carefully listened to by our friendly, skilled, local solicitors who work with you to prepare a document that takes full account of your financial status and that of your dependants and to include your personal wishes.
We offer a friendly and cost-effective service for single Wills, Mirror Wills and property Trust Wills amongst other will services (including estate administration and inheritance tax).
We can also store your Will for free and are a member of Certainty Will Search.
If you are unable to get to our Sheffield office then home visits from a solicitor are also available upon request in certain circumstances at no extra cost.
Pricing
Single Will – £250.00 plus 20% VAT
Mirror – £350.00 plus 20% VAT
Property Trust – £450.00 plus 20% VAT
Codicils – £100.00 plus 20% VAT
Letter of Wishes – £50.00 plus 20% VAT
